CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation of your 2024 Southeast Asia Conference & Exhibition – A BICSI Endorsed Event registration is necessary, you must send written notice (email) to event@tecnoviq.academy . All cancellations must be received in writing on or before 1st of August 2024 and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Confirmed 2024 Southeast Asia Conference & Exhibition – A BICSI Endorsed Event registrants who do not attend or who cancel after 1st of August 2024 are responsible for the entire registration fee.
Transfer of registration fees to any future conference is not allowed. A 2024 Southeast Asia Conference & Exhibition – A BICSI Endorsed Event attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received before or by 1st of August 2024.
NOTICE: A professional photographer and videographer may be on site to document The 2024 Southeast Asia Conference & Exhibition Event events and activities. Photos and videotapes are the sole property of Tecnoviq Learning Academy. By registering for and attending Tecnoviq Learning Academy events, attendees understand that Tecnoviq Learning Academy may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and videographer on site.
