Cancellation

1. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. may cancel an order if the Product is not available for certain agreeable reason between customer and Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd.

2. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. shall notify the case and return any payment that has made, as agreed and acknowledge by Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd.

3. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. shall refund the money received, but it may not be via the same method as it was made via the payment gateway.

4. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. shall not accept any cancellation of order for any possible reason, except for cases as mentioned in (Cancellation 1.)

Faulty Products

1. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. warrants that:
a) the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
b) the Product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.

Returns and Refunds

1. All items ordered are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Guarantee and Complaints Management

1. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.

2. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. places great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you upon receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.

In the event of a complaint, kindly describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. assigned you in the Confirmation of Order.

4. If you did not receive any response from us within 5 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases, your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or failed to reach us, or correspondence that we sent you may otherwise have not reached you.

Availability of the Website, Security and Accuracy

Bhd. endeavours to make the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable, if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable for any time or for any period. Tecnoviq Learning Academy Sdn.
