This Privacy Policy is deemed acknowledged and accepted by any user(s) involved with the registering and course engagement at Tecnoviq Learning Academy (TECLA).

Availability of Website

Member recognises that the traffic of data through the Internet may cause delays
during the download of information from the website and accordingly, it shall not hold the Company liable for delays that are ordinary in the course of Internet use.
Member further acknowledges and accepts that the website will not be available on a continual twenty-four hour basis due to such delays, or delays caused by the Company’s upgrading, modification, or standard maintenance of the website.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Tecnoviq Learning Academy and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated companies (collectively referred to as “Tecnoviq”) respect and are committed to the protection of your personal data and your privacy. 4.1 Links to other sites may be provided on Tecnoviq’s website for your convenience and information. These sites may have their own privacy statement and Tecnoviq do not control, recommend or endorse these sites and Tecnoviq will not be held responsible for these sites or their contents. As such, we recommend that you to read the Privacy policies of these external sites.

4.2 Tecnoviq may use social plugins of the provider which normally record standard data relating to you and transfer the data to the server of the respective provider. You can find more detailed information concerning the scope, type and purpose of the data processing and your rights and settings options in order to protect your private sphere in the data protection notices of the respective provider. This can be accessed via their respective websites.

4.3 Access and correction of your personal data

You may at any time hereafter request to access or correct your personal data held by us (subject to payment of fees, if applicable), or limit the processing of your personal data by us. Please be aware that once we receive confirmation that you wish to withdraw your consent for marketing or promotional materials/communication, it may take up to thirty (30) working days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems.
